How to register
Register with the exam centre
Provide your full name as shown on your ID, email address, and registration details. After paying the exam fee, the centre confirms your exam schedule with Oxford University Press (OUP).
Receive an account-creation email
Candidates receive an email invitation to create an Oxford Test of English account and must complete it before the exam date.
Complete your personal details
Provide your date of birth and the type and number of your ID document. Carefully check that your name matches your ID exactly.
Prepare your ID documents
Passport, national ID card (CCCD/CMND), or driving licence. Candidates under 18 who do not have one of these should contact the centre to be issued a Candidate Information Form. Candidates under 16 need parent/guardian consent for OUP to process their personal data in accordance with regulations.
Receive your exam details
The centre sends the exam date and time, venue, and instructions for taking the exam.
Take the exam
Arrive on time, bring the ID document used at registration, and prepare according to the centre's instructions.
